

PRICE: $2405. $800 due upon registration. For last minute cancellations, we will do our utmost to refund your money, however the airline might require a cancellation fee of approximately $100 or more.
TRANSPORTATION: Via jet economy class from Chicago O’Hare on Continental Airways. Tickets must be completed 30 days prior to departure.
DEVIATIONS/STOPOVERS: An individual change in the return date that is a deviation from the basic group itinerary will NOT be allowed.
HOTELS: Prices are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath. Single rooms are subject to availability for an additional cost.
MEALS: Two meals daily upon arrival in Israel: HB. (HB – “half-board” is breakfast and dinner at hotels.) Lunches are an extra expense for each participant.
SIGHTSEEING: Local transportation is by deluxe, air-conditioned motor coach. The services of an English-speaking guide and entrance fees to places visited on
sightseeing described in this itinerary are included in the tour price. NOTE: You should be physically able to walk, get on and off the bus, and get around without the assistance of another individual. If you are unable to do so, you must bring someone to assist you at your own expense. NOTE: The actual daily itinerary is subject to adjustment at the discretion of the tour operator or its representative in Israel.
NOT INCLUDED: Passport costs; possible fuel surcharges; food and beverages (including coffee and tea) not usually included with regular meals; optional tours and excursions not mentioned in this itinerary; accident and baggage insurance; transporting and handling excess luggage.
INSURANCE: Minooka Bible Church, and tour Director, Pastor David Jankowski, are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. For your own protection, it is important that you have adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. You should carry proof of insurance in the event you need medical attention while in Israel.

PASSPORT: A valid passport is required and must be obtained in person by each tour member. No visas are required for Israel. Passports cannot expire within 6 months of your departure date from Israel.
REGISTRATION & DEPOSITS: An $800 deposit is due no later than November 30. A second $800 deposit is due on December 31, and the remaining $805 is due by January 31st. Registrations received inside thirty (30) days of the tour date must be accompanied by full payment.
PAYMENTS: All payments must be made by cash or check to Minooka Bible Church, memo: Holy Land Tour.
* A minimum of 15 participants must be registered and paid up by December 31, or the tour may be cancelled. The price of $2405 is based on a minimum of twenty (20) participants and the charge will increase if we have fewer participants.
